Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Clause 2

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, access the Platform, or engage in any form of wagering activity with dh4d. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Residency. dh4d's services are primarily directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. dh4d makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not acting under the influence of any court order, legal incapacity, or bankruptcy proceeding that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account with dh4d:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or directors of dh4d or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally;
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or entity without prior written authorization from dh4d.

Clause 3

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with dh4d. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must notify dh4d immediately at [email protected] (plain text, not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. dh4d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. dh4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport), a recent proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC is completed to the Company's satisfaction.

3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to access your Account. dh4d reserves the right to conduct account-sharing investigations and to close accounts where shared access is identified.

Clause 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dh4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dh4d does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. dh4d reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. dh4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion, active wagering requirement clearance (where applicable), and routine fraud screening. Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–6 hours for local bank transfers and within 15 minutes for supported e-wallet services during operational hours (00:00–24:00 WIB).

4.5 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the dh4d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposit are not permitted. dh4d reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification before processing large withdrawal requests.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. dh4d maintains full AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance. Any suspicious transaction patterns may result in account review, temporary suspension, and mandatory reporting to applicable regulatory authorities.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. dh4d reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 from dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. The Account will be closed when the balance reaches zero.

Clause 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by dh4d are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general provisions in this Clause 5. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty-five (25) times the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, togel) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are displayed on the applicable promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the default bonus validity period is seven (7) calendar days from the date of credit.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. dh4d does not permit the stacking of multiple bonus offers simultaneously.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. dh4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusive betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting software errors or loopholes.

5.6 Withdrawal Before Completion. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on a Bonus, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited immediately. Only your original deposited balance (if any remains) will be withdrawn.

Clause 6

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is considered accepted only when dh4d's system confirms the transaction and a unique bet reference number is issued. dh4d reserves the right to refuse any bet or wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Finality of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn except as specifically permitted by the Platform (e.g., Cash Out features where available). You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet type before confirming the transaction.

6.3 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority, league, or game provider. dh4d uses third-party data feeds to determine bet outcomes. In the event of a dispute, the determination of dh4d (based on official sources) shall be final.

6.4 Postponed or Abandoned Events. If a sporting event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, the relevant bets will be handled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published in the dh4d Sportsbook Rules document. As a general rule, bets on postponed events remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Maximum Payouts. dh4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, accumulators, and game sessions. Current limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by game type and player VIP tier.

6.6 Voided Bets. dh4d reserves the right to void bets placed in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is already known;
• Bets placed using bonus funds in violation of the applicable bonus terms;
• Bets affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display;
• Bets placed by a Player who is in breach of these Terms;
• Bets determined to be part of fraudulent or collusive activity.

6.7 Special Rules for Indonesian Market Games. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), draw results are determined by official third-party providers. dh4d is not responsible for any delays or errors in the publication of official draw results. For any market or game-specific rules, refer to the Game Rules section accessible via the Platform.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Prohibition. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following conduct is expressly forbidden:

• Using automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or any software designed to manipulate the Platform or circumvent its security measures;
• Engaging in collusion, syndicate betting, or coordinated wagering with other Players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or systems;
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another Player's Account without authorization;
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent documents, or false identity information;
• Deliberately exploiting errors in game software, odds calculation, or Platform functionality;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward dh4d staff, customer support agents, or other Players;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

7.2 Consequences. Any breach of this Clause 7 may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including winnings), and permanent exclusion from the Platform. dh4d reserves the right to report serious violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game design, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of dh4d or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. dh4d grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on Platform content without prior written consent from dh4d.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and services on the Platform are provided by third-party software studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). Those games remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dh4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content. dh4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dh4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall dh4d's total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. dh4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, internet service provider failures, power outages, or government actions.

Clause 10

Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by dh4d. dh4d reserves the right to suspend or close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority;
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account;
• We are unable to verify your identity or age;
• You have self-excluded or requested account closure.

10.2 Withdrawal Upon Closure. If your Account is closed in good standing (i.e., no breach of Terms), any positive balance will be refunded to you after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks. If your Account is closed due to a breach, dh4d reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including deposits and winnings.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of your request, your Account will be closed within 48 hours. You are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance before closure. dh4d is not responsible for unclaimed funds remaining in closed accounts after 30 days.

10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Any licenses granted under these Terms are automatically revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) shall remain in effect.

Clause 11

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dh4d is licensed and operates. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree that the laws of Indonesia shall apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

11.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree to resolve all disputes with dh4d on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, representative action, or collective proceeding against dh4d.

Clause 12

Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. dh4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

12.3 Notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. dh4d recommends that you check this page each time you log in to stay informed of any changes.
